Intesi Group UPC solution is a device (smartcard or USB token) with two certificates on board: a Client Authentication Certificate to log into the Unified Patent Court CMS (Case Management System) and a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) certificate in compliance with eIDAS EU Regulation to digitally sign any documents before submitting them to the UPC CMS. Both certificates have 3 years validity. Included in the price is:
- unlimited signatures
- signing software
- device drivers
- device shipping
Note: certificates are issued prior identification of the user, which is required to provide personal data and join a video call with our officers for the final identity validation.
IMPORTANT:
- this email address will be included in your digital certificate and cannot be changed after that
- DO NOT use PEC email
- DO NOT use email addresses with generic prefixes, not related to a specific person (i.e. info@email.com, accounting@email.com, etc ..)
